… so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually we are members one of another. ~ Romans 12:5
The Congregational Care Team joins our Pastor in a ministry of presence and support during the seasons of life when a kind word, a ride to the doctor, a meal lovingly prepared, or simply having someone to sit with you or pray with you can make all the difference. Please reach out to Pastor Wendy for pastoral care or if your gift is to offer care and support to others.
The Congregational Care Team continues to serve despite and because of COVID 19. We provide no-touch drop off of communion and other needed items, make socially distanced visits in the driveway or by phone, and maintain intentional contact with our Congregation. If we can help, please contact Pastor Wendy.

On Sundays, after worship we serve simple snack, coffee and lemonade, while we greet one another in the Fireside Room. We share weekly and monthly lunch gatherings, bi-weekly games, potlucks and picnics. Each of these groups is open to all, learn more on our Adult Fellowship page. The monthly community meal is a great opportunity to share a Saturday evening with friends, especially the friends you-have-not-met-yet.
We are blessed to have active United Methodist Women and United Methodist Men. Both groups meet regularly and provide opportunities to grow in faith and to serve.
We believe in the power of prayer, our Prayer Team meets every other Tuesday morning in the church library to pray and to write notes to members and friends. And, on one Friday a month, the Yarn Ministry meets to share fellowship (and yarn) as they knit shawls and other items to be blessed and given to those in need of a Congregational Hug. Singing in the Choir is another way to share your gifts and receive the gift of new friendships in return.
We hope that you will find fellowship in one of these groups or on Sunday mornings. We look forward to befriending you!
